Minimum order for all non U.S.A.orders is $50.00 in merchandise.

All International orders are shipped uninsured.  What does this mean?  This means you-the purchaser will assume ALL responsibility for your order once we post it into the International Postal System.  We cannot make any refunds on orders shipped overseas. If your order is lost, stolen, ripped open or items are missing, ect   No refunds!

You must post in the Comment’s Box when you place your order that you will assume All responsibility for your order.  You can also follow up with an e-mail acknowledging that you are accepting our conditions for the shipment of your order.  If you have not made this comment or sent an e-mail note within 48 hours, your order will automatically be deleted from our system. No reminder will be sent.

We only accept charge cards -  Master Card, VISA, or American Express as a form of payment on orders shipped outside the USA. We do not accept PayPal.

Assume the shipping & handling fee will be about same price or more of the cost of the materials you are purchasing.  The shipping & handling cost is based on actual postage cost plus a $7.00 handling fee.

We do not notify overseas customers the shipping/handling fee before charging the credit card.  If your credit card is declined, you will be notified via e-mail that your credit card was declined.  You will be given five days to respond with a good credit card number and expiration date.  If you fail to meet this deadline, your order will automatically be deleted from our system.
